BOOKINGS, TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. All enquiries by email to contact@nightmarket.ie. We cannot accept enquiries by phone.
  2. Assuming we can accommodate your requested booking date and time, we will email you to inform you that a provisional booking has been made. We will forward our full terms and conditions along with the deposit amount required to confirm your booking.
  3. Please note bookings are not confirmed until deposits are received and a receipt has been issued.
  4. We require a deposit of €10 per person in order to secure your booking. For reservations of 10 people or more a credit card number must also be provided to secure the booking. Upon receipt of your deposit a receipt will be issued to you and the amount will be deducted from your bill on the date of your party.
  5. Where there is a cancellation of the entire party after payment of the deposit the following charges will apply :
    1. 4 weeks prior to reserved date 0% of deposit will be retained by NM;
    2. 3 weeks prior to reserved date 25% of deposit will be retained by NM;
    3. 2 weeks prior to reserved date 50% of deposit will be retained by NM;
    4. 1 week prior to reserved date 75% of deposit will be retained by NM;

Less than 1 week prior to reserved date 100% of deposit will be retained by NM.

  1. Any changes to bookings cannot be accepted verbally. Please email details of any changes to contact@nightmarket.ie
  2. Payment of the bill must be made in full on completion of the meal. NM accepts all major credit & debit cards, including AMEX. Cheques can be made payable to Mohinlin Ltd.
  3. Prices, terms & conditions are correct at the time of printing but subject to change.
  4. Your co-operation at sitting at the agreed time is essential so that you can enjoy your meal to the fullest and not frustrate your group or subsequent diners.
